  About the Role

The CTO will be the technical co-founder of OurGridOS, responsible for the architecture and engineering quality of eleven live SaaS products. You'll work directly with the CEO to shape how we build — and how we scale — across hospitality, healthcare, finance, family and more.

  Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture across all eleven product verticals
• Set and enforce engineering standards, code quality and review processes
• Lead cloud infrastructure, DevOps and platform reliability
• Hire and manage the engineering team as we grow
• Drive security posture, penetration testing and GDPR compliance
• Evaluate and implement new technologies aligned with the platform roadmap

  What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in senior engineering or technical leadership roles
• Strong Node.js, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Linux server experience
• Experience architecting multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (ideally self-hosted VPS/bare metal)
• Security-minded with experience in GDPR and UK data compliance
• Comfortable working across multiple codebases and tech stacks

The CFO will build the financial infrastructure of OurGridOS from the ground up — from management accounts to SEIS advance assurance to Series Seed preparation. You'll be instrumental in taking us from a bootstrapped product suite to a funded, scalable business.

  Key Responsibilities

• Own all financial operations, reporting and forecasting
• Lead SEIS/EIS advance assurance application and investor compliance
• Prepare and manage financial models for fundraising rounds
• Build relationships with investors, accountants and legal advisors
• Oversee payroll, VAT and Companies House filings
• Report to the board on financial performance and runway

  What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Experience in early-stage or growth-stage SaaS businesses
• Strong understanding of SEIS/EIS schemes
• Experience preparing for seed funding rounds
• Excellent financial modelling skills

• Open doors — introductions to investors, partners and customers
• Provide sector expertise relevant to our product verticals
• Support the CEO in key decisions and governance matters
• Help shape company culture and values at a board level

  What We're Looking For

• Proven NED, board advisor or C-suite experience
• Strong network in SaaS, hospitality, fintech or healthcare
• Comfortable with early-stage startup environments
• Available for quarterly board meetings plus ad-hoc calls

OurGridOS is raising pre-seed capital to accelerate growth across our eleven live SaaS products. We're targeting UK-based angels and seed investors who believe in privacy-first, UK-sovereign infrastructure. SEIS advance assurance is being sought — eligible investors could receive 50% income tax relief on their investment.

  Key Responsibilities

• Invest at pre-seed stage in exchange for equity
• Optionally join the board or advisory panel
• Support the team with introductions and strategic advice where relevant

  What We're Looking For

• UK taxpayer (for SEIS/EIS relief)
• Appetite for early-stage, high-growth SaaS
• Ideally experienced in B2B or B2C SaaS markets

  About the Role

We need a sharp, reliable accountant to keep the financial engine running day-to-day. You'll work across multiple entities, handle VAT returns, payroll and management accounts, and be the first point of contact for day-to-day finance queries. Ideally you've worked with SaaS or subscription-based businesses before.

  Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts across entities
• Handle VAT returns, payroll and PAYE submissions
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping using Xero or QuickBooks
• Liaise with the CFO on financial reporting and forecasting
• Support year-end accounts preparation with external auditors

  What We're Looking For

• AAT qualified or equivalent (ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred but not essential)
• Strong experience with Xero or QuickBooks
• Comfortable working across multiple entities
• Experience with SaaS, subscription or tech businesses a bonus
• Detail-oriented and reliable — we need someone we can trust

This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting the CEO across eleven product lines, investor relationships, team communications and everything in between. You'll need to be highly organised, incredibly discreet and comfortable operating in an environment where priorities shift quickly. No two days will be the same.

  Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings and travel
• Handle incoming communications and prioritise responses
• Coordinate across teams and projects on behalf of the CEO
• Prepare briefing documents, presentations and meeting notes
• Support investor communications and follow-ups
• Handle ad-hoc personal and business tasks as required

  What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a PA, EA or similar role
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack and project management tools
• Able to work autonomously and use good judgement

OurGridOS holds sensitive data for thousands of users across eleven product verticals — families, hospitality businesses, childcare providers, healthcare users and more. This is a mission-critical role. You'll own our security posture end-to-end, from penetration testing to GDPR compliance to incident response.

  Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across all platforms
• Build and maintain our security compliance framework (GDPR, Cyber Essentials)
• Monitor for threats and manage incident response
• Review code and infrastructure for security vulnerabilities
• Advise the CTO and engineering team on secure development practices
• Prepare security documentation for investors and enterprise clients

  What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in a cyber security or information security role
• Hands-on penetration testing experience (web applications, APIs, Linux)
• Strong understanding of GDPR and UK data protection law
• Experience with OWASP Top 10, NIST or Cyber Essentials frameworks
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash) an advantage
• CEH, OSCP, CISSP or equivalent certification preferred

• Develop a consistent brand voice that works across B2B and B2C audiences
• Grow our following organically through engaging, shareable content
• Manage community interactions and respond to comments and DMs
• Report on performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data
• Collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership content

  What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of growing social media accounts from scratch
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS content (LinkedIn especially)
• Video content skills — short-form video for TikTok/Reels is a big plus
• Excellent writing and copywriting skills
• Data-driven — comfortable reading analytics and optimising content
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal briefing
