  All data transmission between your device and our servers is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption, ensuring your information can't be intercepted.
• Secure Authentication
  We use secure session tokens with automatic expiration, IP validation, and protection against session hijacking attacks.
• Fortress Security Headers
  Our platform is hardened with enterprise-grade headers including Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS) to force encrypted connections and Content Security Policy (CSP) to block malicious script injections.
• Smart Rate Limiting
  Every domain in the OurGrid ecosystem is protected by an automated rate-limiting engine that detects and blocks brute-force attempts and bot-driven scraping.

  Your data is automatically backed up daily to secure, encrypted cloud storage with Cloudflare R2, with 30-day retention.

Security Best Practices

Follow these recommendations to keep your account secure:

• Use a Strong, Unique Password
  Your password should be at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Never reuse passwords across sites.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (Coming Soon)
  Add an extra layer of security to your account with 2FA. Even if someone gets your password, they won't be able to access your account.
• Watch for Phishing Attempts
  We'll never ask for your password via email. Always verify the URL before logging in (ourgridos.com). Train your team to recognize suspicious emails.
• Keep Your Devices Secure
  Use updated browsers, install security updates promptly, and use antivirus software on your devices.
• Review Active Sessions
  Regularly check your active sessions in Profile Settings and log out devices you don't recognize.
